The Data Entry Executive will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company databases and systems. The role requires strong attention to detail, good typing speed, and the ability to manage data with confidentiality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain data in spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems

• Verify and cross-check information for accuracy and completeness

• Prepare and sort documents before data entry

• Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Generate reports as required

• Assist in retrieving data for team members or management

• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

• Follow data entry procedures and quality standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in data entry or similar role (preferred)

• Strong typing speed with high accuracy

• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic computer operations

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Good communication and organizational skills

Education:

• Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any discipline

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
