Job Summary:

We are looking for a meticulous and tech-savvy Data Entry & SEO Executive to manage accurate data entry tasks while supporting search engine optimization efforts. This dual role requires both attention to detail for data operations and a basic understanding of SEO best practices to help improve the online visibility of our website.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry:

• Enter and update data accurately into spreadsheets, CMS, and databases.

• Maintain, organize, and clean data files.

• Prepare regular reports and backup data.

• Review and verify the accuracy of data.

SEO:

• Perform on-page optimization including meta tags, image optimization, and internal linking.

• Assist in keyword research and SEO audits.

• Upload SEO-friendly content using CMS (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).

• Analyze website traffic using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

• Build backlinks through directory submissions, article submissions, and other white-hat techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic CMS handling.

• Basic knowledge of SEO tools (Yoast, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, etc.).

• Understanding of on-page SEO and keyword optimization.

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• 12th pass / Graduate in any field; digital marketing course certification is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with WordPress or other content management systems.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Prior experience in SEO or data entry roles.
