2. Job Purpose
To accurately enter, update, and maintain company data in systems, ensuring error-free records for business operations and reporting.
3. Key Responsibilities
Enter daily data (sales, purchase, stock, invoices) into Excel/ERP
Maintain customer, vendor, and inventory records
Verify data before entry to avoid errors
Generate daily MIS reports
Maintain filing (physical + digital records)
Update dispatch/sales entries daily
Coordinate with accounts and sales team
Maintain backup of important data
4. Required Skills
Basic to Advanced MS Excel (Must)
Typing speed: Minimum 25–35 WPM
Knowledge of Tally / ERP (Preferred)
Attention to detail (zero-error mindset)
Basic accounting understanding

2. Job Purpose
To manage order processing, coordinate between sales and dispatch, and ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
3. Key Responsibilities
Sales Coordination
Handle customer orders and confirmations
Prepare sales invoices and order sheets
Follow up with customers for order updates
Coordinate with sales team for requirements
Dispatch Coordination
Plan and schedule daily dispatch
Coordinate with warehouse and transport
