Job Title: Data Entry & Warehouse Executive
Job Description:
Candidate will be responsible for both data entry & warehouse management role
Data Entry
• Enter and update inventory, inward, outward, and dispatch data accurately in the system.
• Maintain records of stock movements, invoices, and delivery documents.
• Verify data accuracy and correct discrepancies.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team for timely data updates.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of warehouse records.
Warehouse Executive
• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain stock accuracy.
• Conduct stock verification and periodic inventory audits.
• Coordinate loading, unloading, and material movement.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and housekeeping in the warehouse.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams for timely deliveries.
