Job Title: Data Entry Operator
Job Summary:
The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company systems and databases. The role requires attention to detail, speed, and accuracy to ensure data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data into computer systems and databases
Verify accuracy of data before and after entry
Maintain records, files, and documentation
Review data for errors and correct inconsistencies
Generate reports as required
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Coordinate with other departments for data collection
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate
Good typing speed (30–50 WPM preferred)
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently
Preferred Skills:
Experience in data entry or back-office work
Knowledge of spreadsheets and data management tools
Familiarity with office equipment (scanner, printer)
Salary Range (India):
₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience & location)
