We are looking for a detail-oriented and computer-savvy Data Entry Operator to prepare and draft property-related legal documents accurately. The candidate should have good typing speed, basic legal document understanding, and proficiency in document formatting and designing software.
Key Responsibilities
Draft and prepare legal/property documents such as:
Rent Agreements
Affidavits
GPA (General Power of Attorney)
Agreement to Sell
Sale Deeds
Possession Letters
Undertakings & Indemnity Bonds
Enter and verify client details accurately.
Format documents professionally.
Design and edit document layouts when required.
Maintain records and soft copies of documents.
Coordinate with clients for corrections and updates.
Print, scan, and manage legal paperwork.
Ensure confidentiality of all client documents.
Required Skills
Good typing speed in English/Hindi.
Basic knowledge of legal/property documentation preferred.
Proficiency in:
MS Word
MS Excel
PDF Editing
Adobe Photoshop / Adobe Acrobat
CorelDRAW
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer and internet knowledge.
Ability to work under deadlines.
Eligibility
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Candidates with experience in legal drafting, deed writers, documentation offices, property documentation, or graphic/document designing will be preferred.
