The Data Entry & Project Coordination Executive will be responsible for maintaining accurate, timely and updated project records in Excel and company software.

The person will coordinate and update information for multiple projects running simultaneously, including attendance, manpower, measurements, site progress, project status, purchase orders, material requirements, billing information and daily site updates.

The position requires a highly organised person who can handle multiple projects and large amounts of data without missing deadlines or entries.
