About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to handle day-to-day data entry, record
maintenance, documentation, and system updates. The candidate should have good typing accuracy,
basic computer knowledge, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
• Enter and update data accurately in company systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
• Maintain and organize digital and physical records and documents.
• Verify data for accuracy and correct errors or discrepancies.
• Update inventory, stock, order, dispatch, or operational records as required.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports and data sheets.
• Handle data-related documentation and filing.
• Coordinate with warehouse and other departments for required information.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and operational data.
• Complete assigned data-entry tasks within timelines.
Required Skills
• Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain records and handle repetitive data-entry work.
