We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Executive to manage and maintain company data accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate should have good typing skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle large volumes of information while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately into company databases, spreadsheets, and software systems.

• Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

• Maintain and organize physical and digital records.

• Review and correct data entry errors and discrepancies.

• Prepare reports, documents, and spreadsheets as required.

• Perform data verification and cross-check information from various sources.

• Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.

• Handle routine administrative and documentation tasks.

• Coordinate with other departments to collect and update required information.

• Complete assigned data entry tasks within specified deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 12th pass or graduate in any discipline.

• Good typing speed and accuracy.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Basic computer and internet knowledge.

• Freshers can apply; relevant experience is an advantage.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 0 - 5 years of experience.
