Job Title: Data Entry Operator

Location: Belapur CBD
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days Working)

Job Summary:

Excellent Projects India Pvt Ltd is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing and updating data accurately and efficiently, supporting data management processes, and assisting with administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain data in company systems with high accuracy.

• Verify data, identify errors or irregularities, and make necessary corrections promptly.

• Ensure that all data remains accurate, organized, and easily accessible.

• Maintain and organize physical and digital records for smooth retrieval.

• Generate reports and summaries to support internal teams in decision-making.

• Assist various departments with administrative support as required.

• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive company and employee information.

• Basic involvement in payroll-related data entry and record maintenance (preferred).

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any discipline).

• Experience: 1–2 years in data entry or similar role.

• Basic knowledge of Payroll will be an added advantage.

• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) preferred.

• Willingness to work 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
