Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Admission Associate to support our admission process. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with data, coordinating with teams, and contributing to students’ success journeys with a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update student admission data into internal systems and CRM tools.

• Verify student documents and ensure completeness as per admission requirements.

• Maintain organized and up-to-date admission records and databases.

• Coordinate with the admissions and counseling teams for smooth processing of applications.

• Track application status and assist in timely follow-ups.

• Ensure data confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.

• Support the admissions team with administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate qualification.

• Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
