Job Summary

Legal Capital Law Firm is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to accurately enter, update, and maintain client, case, and legal document information. The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy, maintain confidentiality, and support the firm's daily administrative and legal operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update client, case, and legal document details into the firm's database.

• Verify data for accuracy and completeness before submission.

• Maintain organized digital and physical records.

• Scan, upload, and index legal documents.

• Handle confidential client information with professionalism and discretion.

• Assist in preparing reports and maintaining case files.

• Coordinate with legal and administrative teams to resolve data discrepancies.

• Perform routine data audits and ensure records are up to date.

Required Qualifications

• 12th Pass, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree (preferred).

• 0–2 years of experience in data entry or office administration.

• Good typing speed with high accuracy.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic computer applications.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.

• Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and/or Hindi are an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a law firm or legal services environment.

• Knowledge of document management systems or CRM software.

• Understanding of data privacy and confidentiality practices.
