We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Executive to input, manage, and maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our systems and databases. The ideal candidate will be proficient in typing, possess strong attention to detail, and have experience working with data management tools and software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain data in various databases and systems accurately and efficiently.

• Verify data for accuracy and completeness.

• Review and correct errors in the data to ensure data integrity.

• Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.

• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.

• Follow data entry procedures and guidelines.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company information.

• Generate reports and summaries based on data as required.

• Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure data consistency.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk, Data Entry Operator, or similar role.

• Fast typing skills with a high level of accuracy.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software.

• Familiarity with administrative duties and office equipment.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
