Job Responsibilities:

Client coordination.
End-to-end project coordination with vendors and internal teams & clients.
Preparation and tracking of project schedules, reports, and status updates.
Regular communication and progress updates to clients.
Preparation of project estimates and quotations.
Invoice generation and billing management.
Vendor billing verification and approval.
Coordination for material dispatch, installation, and project completion.
Maintaining MIS reports and project records.

Required Skills:

client-handling skills.
Knowledge of estimation, invoicing, and billing processes.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Preferred Industry Experience:
Retail Branding, Signage, Visual Merchandising, Exhibition, Interior Fit-Out, Advertising, or Related Industries.
