We are hiring a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with 6 months to 1 year of experience to support our operations in the jewelry industry. The candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data related to inventory, billing, and customer records.
Enter and update product, inventory, and customer data in the system.
Prepare invoices, delivery challans, and other documentation.
Maintain accurate records of orders and stock movement.
Coordinate with sales and accounts teams for data accuracy.
Perform regular data checks and corrections as needed.
6 months to 1 year of data entry or office assistant experience.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic accounting software (Tally preferred).
Good typing speed with attention to detail.
Basic understanding of jewelry product codes and terminology is a plus.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
