Job Title: Store Data Entry Executive

Job Summary
The Store Data Entry Executive is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining store and inventory records in the system. The role ensures timely documentation of stock receipts, issues, transfers, and inventory transactions while supporting the smooth functioning of store operations.
Key Responsibilities
Enter daily inward and outward stock transactions into the system.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, material receipts, and dispatches.
Prepare and update stock reports and inventory registers.
Verify data accuracy and correct discrepancies in coordination with the store team.
Generate invoices, delivery challans, GRNs, and other store-related documents as required.
Assist in stock audits and physical inventory verification.
Maintain proper filing of store documents and records.
Coordinate with procurement, production, and accounts departments for data reconciliation.
Ensure all data is updated on time and complies with company procedures.
Perform other store-related administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
