Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to manage and maintain accurate company records. The candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying data in company systems while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Enter and update data into computer systems and databases accurately.
Maintain records, files, and documentation properly.
Verify data for errors and correct inconsistencies.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation as required.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Coordinate with different departments for data collection and updates.
Scan and upload documents when required.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Perform basic office and administrative support activities.
Required Skills
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Basic computer knowledge.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and email handling.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills.
Qualifications
Graduate preferred.
Basic computer certification is an advantage.
