Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst who has strong command over Advanced Excel & Google Sheets and can efficiently manage, analyze, and interpret data. The candidate should be able to generate accurate MIS reports, perform calculations, and support business decision-making through data insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and manage large datasets in Excel & Google Sheets

• Create and maintain MIS Reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly)

• Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights

• Perform data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation

• Work closely with accounts/team for basic financial data understanding

• Generate reports for payment tracking, operations, and performance

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports

• Automate repetitive tasks using formulas, pivot tables, etc.

• Manage and update live data in Google Sheets (real-time collaboration)

Required Skills:

• Advanced Excel (Must Have):

  • Pivot Tables

  • VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP / XLOOKUP

  • IF, COUNTIF, SUMIF

  • Data Cleaning & Formatting

• Google Sheets (Must Have):

  • Formulas & Functions

  • Data Validation

  • Filter Views & Sharing

  • Basic Automation (IMPORTRANGE, QUERY – preferred)

• Strong understanding of data analysis and reporting

• Basic knowledge of Accounts & Calculations

• Good logical and analytical thinking

• Fast learner with a proactive approach

• Good communication and coordination skills

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 1–2 years experience required

• Freshers are not eligible

• Graduate in any field (Commerce/Math preferred)

Preferred Qualities:

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Attention to detail

• Problem-solving mindset

• Experience in handling payment or operational data (added advantage)
