Key Responsibilities
Understand customer requirements and resolve queries through complaint management systems.
Handle customer communication via email and provide timely updates.
Coordinate daily with Operations and internal stakeholders for issue resolution.
Track and follow up on delayed, critical, and outstanding shipments.
Ensure SLA adherence and achievement of defined KPIs.
Analyze customer requirements, identify service gaps, and suggest solutions.
Escalate operational issues proactively and coordinate resolution.
Prepare MIS reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
Work collaboratively to drive customer satisfaction and business objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
HSC or Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1 years of experience in the Express Logistics/Courier industry.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office360.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Strong team player with a proactive and customer-centric approach.
Quick learner, disciplined, punctual, and committed to achieving organizational goals.
