Counter Billing Executive

EHR Medical Billing – USA Healthcare

We are seeking an experienced EHR/EMR Medical EHR Professionals with strong exposure to U.S. healthcare billing and coding, ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS. The role combines coding fluency with payer expertise – making sure providers get paid accurately and on time.

Requirements:

• Generate Superbills, charge entry, and submit claims, verifying rejections from clearing house. 

• Stay current on coding (CPT, ICD 10, HCPCS) and payer policy changes 

• Partner with providers and clinical staff on documentation improvements

Required skills and qualification: 

• 2-3+ years in medical billing and coding operations 

• Familiarity with EHR and practice management systems (Advance MD, Practice Fusion and office Manager) 

• Experience with payer portals and clearinghouse work flows 

• Excellent attention to detail and documentation discipline 

• Coding certification (CPC, CCS, CRC) is a plus
