BILLDESK EXECUTIVE

A Bill Desk Executive manages the entire billing cycle: generating accurate invoices (using software like Tally), processing payments (cash, digital), maintaining financial records, resolving customer billing queries/discrepancies, and ensuring compliance, requiring strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills for smooth financial operations. 

Key Responsibilities

• Invoice Management: Prepare, generate, and process sales invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.

• Financial Transactions: Handle payment collection (cash, UPI, cards), issue receipts, and manage daily cash flow.

• Record Keeping: Maintain precise records of all billing transactions, accounts payable/receivable, and customer accounts.

• Customer Service: Address and resolve customer billing inquiries, disputes, and payment issues efficiently.

• Data Accuracy: Collect and verify billing information from different departments to ensure data integrity.

• Process Improvement: Assist in developing and improving billing procedures and identifying opportunities for automation.

• Compliance: Ensure all billing activities adhere to company policies and financial regulations. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred).

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tally, MS Office, and familiarity with digital payment systems.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, high attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and organizational skills.

• Experience: Proven experience in a similar billing or finance role is beneficial.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
