Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer billing and invoice generation accurately.

• Process cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions.

• Maintain billing records and daily transaction reports.

• Verify product details, pricing, discounts, and tax calculations.

• Coordinate with sales and accounts teams for smooth billing operations.

• Ensure error-free billing and maintain customer satisfaction.

• Handle customer queries related to billing and payments.

• Maintain confidentiality of financial and customer information.
