Job Title: Billing Executive (Pharma Company)
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare sales and purchase invoices using Marg & EasySol software.
Handle GST billing, including batch-wise billing, expiry management, MRP, and returns.
Maintain and update stock and inventory records accurately.
Reconcile daily cash, credit, and online transactions.
Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in pharma billing (mandatory).
Hands-on knowledge of Marg / EasySol billing software.
Understanding of GST billing, batch & expiry management.
Basic knowledge of inventory and accounts coordination.
Attention to detail and ability to manage daily billing operations independently
