Job Description:
The Logistics Computer Operator / MIS Executive is responsible for maintaining accurate logistics data, preparing daily MIS reports, coordinating with operations teams, and ensuring smooth data flow related to dispatch, delivery, and billing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update shipment, dispatch, and delivery data in the system
Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports (dispatch, POD, billing, pending status)
Maintain records of vehicles, drivers, trips, and freight details
Coordinate with operations, accounts, and transport teams
Track POD, invoices, and payment-related data
Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting
Handle basic documentation and filing work
Requirements:
Graduate / 12th pass (relevant experience preferred)
Basic knowledge of logistics/transport operations
Good computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word)
Attention to detail and reporting accuracy
Ability to work under deadlines
