Handle customer queries via email, WhatsApp, and calls (inbound & outbound)
Resolve order, return, exchange, and warranty-related issues
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams to close customer tickets
Track and follow up on pending cases until resolution
Maintain CRM records, feedback logs, and response quality
Share insights to improve service processes and reduce escalations

🧠 Skills Required
Excellent spoken & written communication (English + Hindi)
Empathy, patience & a customer-first mindset
Ability to multitask and handle pressure calmly
Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
