Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Computer Operator to monitor and manage computer systems, ensure smooth operations of hardware and software, and support IT functions. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with system maintenance, data entry, troubleshooting, and providing basic support to end users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry and verify accuracy of data.

• Ensure all scheduled batch jobs are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

• Maintain data backups and execute recovery processes when necessary.

• Generate routine reports and provide status updates to management.

• Update, verify, and maintain records and files

• Prepare reports, documents, and spreadsheets

• Assist with other clerical and administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; diploma/certificate in Computer Science or related field preferred.

• Proven experience as a Computer Operator or similar role.

• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux) and office software (MS Office, email & Tally).

• Basic understanding of computer networks and hardware.

• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
