Job Summary
We are looking for a Back Office Assistant cum Computer Operator to handle day-to-day office documentation, computer operations, data entry, record maintenance, and administrative support. The candidate should be computer proficient, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks accurately.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily data entry, documentation, and computer-related office work.
Prepare and maintain quotations, invoices, purchase orders, letters, reports, and other documents.
Handle MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and internet applications.
Update and maintain Excel sheets and databases accurately.
Assist in preparing documents for sales, purchase, accounts, production, and service departments.
Perform other administrative and back-office duties assigned by management.
