Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Fresher to support PF & ESIC statutory compliance activities. The candidate will assist in maintaining records, filing returns, and coordinating with employees and authorities under the guidance of the HR/Payroll team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in PF & ESIC registrations and employee enrollments

• Support in monthly PF & ESIC return filing

• Help maintain statutory records, challans, and documents

• Coordinate with employees for UAN, KYC, and ESIC details

• Assist payroll team in statutory deductions and reconciliations

• Support in handling PF/ESIC queries from employees

• Maintain compliance trackers and reports

• Assist during statutory audits and inspections

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of PF & ESIC concepts

• Willingness to learn labor laws and statutory compliance

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Attention to detail and willingness to follow processes
