Computer Operator

We are looking for a Computer Operator to join our team at Ganesh Diagnostic Imaging Center to perform a variety of administrative tasks. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18000 - ₹25000 and growth opportunities.

your typing speed should be more than 30wpm. you sholud have knowledge of excel ,msoffice

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors and ensure they are directed correctly.

• Answer, screen, and forward phone calls professionally.

• Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with necessary stationery supplies.

• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.

• Update calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel accommodations.

• Perform administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and maintaining office records.
  

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 6+ years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. He/She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
