Computer Operator – MIS & Operations

Job Summary

Aadinath Bulk Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Computer Operator to support our transportation operations through accurate data entry, Excel reporting and MIS management.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily bus, trip, driver and operational records.

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.

• Update and verify operational data in Excel/software.

• Maintain attendance, trip and bus deployment records.

• Prepare Excel reports and summaries for the Operations team.

• Check data accuracy and correct errors or missing information.

• Maintain proper digital and physical documentation.

• Coordinate with Operations, HR, Maintenance and Accounts teams for required data.

• Handle routine data-entry and computer-related operational tasks.

Requirements

• 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.

• 1–3 years of experience as Computer Operator, MIS Executive, Data Entry Operator or similar role.

• Experience in transportation/fleet operations will be preferred.

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel.

• Knowledge of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, SUMIF/SUMIFS, IF and basic Excel formulas.

• Good typing speed with high accuracy.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage operational data.
