CCTV Surveillance

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Live Feed Surveillance: Continuous monitoring of live video and audio streams across multiple client sites/locations.

• Incident Detection & Response: Swiftly identify unauthorized access, suspicious behavior, safety hazards, or security threats.

• Real-time Alerting: Initiate immediate protocol actions during incidents, including issuing live voice announcements/deterrents, alerting local site security, or escalating to emergency services/law enforcement.

• Equipment & Connectivity Health Checks: Regularly inspect camera connectivity, DVR/NVR health, network status, and report camera downtime or video quality issues immediately.

• Incident Logging & Reporting: Maintain accurate, detailed daily logs of incidents, flagged video clips, shift handovers, and system alerts.

• Evidence Retrieval: Backup, archive, and retrieve relevant video footages for audits, investigations, or client review upon request.

• KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: High School Diploma / Graduate in any discipline (Technical diploma or certifications in security/electronics are a plus).

• Experience: 0–2+ years of experience in CCTV monitoring, control room operations, or security surveillance.

• Observation Skills: High attention to detail and ability to maintain concentration during long monitoring sessions.

• Shift : Willingness to work in Night Shifts, weekends , and holidays.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
