About the Role

WTiCabs is looking for a responsible and proactive Operations Executive to manage day-to-day car rental operations, including vehicle deployment, driver coordination, trip monitoring, customer service, and smooth operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily vehicle allocation and deployment as per bookings.

• Manage driver duty schedules, attendance, and trip requirements.

• Ensure timely vehicle dispatch and reporting.

• Monitor ongoing trips and coordinate with drivers.

• Handle customer queries and resolve operational issues promptly.

• Arrange vehicle replacements in case of breakdowns or emergencies.

• Maintain vehicle, driver, and trip-related records.

• Coordinate with the maintenance team for servicing, cleanliness, and repairs.

• Ensure vehicle documents such as Insurance, PUC, Permits, and Fitness Certificates are up to date.

• Coordinate with Billing, HR, Maintenance, and other departments.

• Prepare daily operational reports and MIS.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and client requirements.

Required Skills

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic knowledge of car rental, fleet, or transportation operations.

• Ability to manage drivers and handle operational challenges.

• Working knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.

• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.

• Customer-oriented and responsible approach.

Qualification & Experience

• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

• Experience: 1–3 years in car rental, fleet management, transportation, travel, or operations.
