Oversee daily hospital operations (OPD, IPD, ICU, OT, reception, billing)
Ensure smooth patient flow and zero delays in services
Monitor revenue, collections, and daily financial performance
Drive occupancy (IPD), admissions & overall patient experience
Manage and coordinate with doctors, RMOs, nurses & support staff
Ensure strict SOP compliance (admission, discharge, billing, MRD)
Handle patient complaints and escalation resolution
Monitor Ayushman / insurance processes & documentation
Ensure inventory control (pharmacy, consumables, OT stock)
Maintain quality, hygiene, NABH/BMW compliance standards
Track daily reports (OPD, IPD, revenue, conversion, pending tasks)
Drive team discipline, attendance & performance management
Coordinate with sales/PRO team for patient inflow growth
Support new initiatives, audits & process improvements
