## Role Overview
Pro King Sports Academy is looking for a highly responsible and execution-driven Business Operations Manager to oversee daily office administration, branch coordination, and sports equipment business operations.
This role will manage academy operations across cricket & football branches and also supervise Richy Rich Sports Equipments business activities including inventory and sales coordination.

## Key Responsibilities
• Oversee daily operations of all academy branches
• Manage student admissions, fee tracking & reporting
• Coordinate with General Manager, Operational Managers & Coaches
• Handle parent communication and enquiry management
• Maintain MIS reports and monthly performance summaries
• Supervise equipment stock, purchase orders & vendor coordination
• Manage billing, inventory tracking & dispatch (Richy Rich Sports Equipments)
• Support event/tournament planning and execution
• Ensure smooth administrative and compliance processes

## Skills Required
• Strong leadership & coordination skills
• Good communication (English + Hindi/Marathi preferred)
• Excel & reporting knowledge
• Inventory management understanding
• Ability to handle multi-branch operations
• Problem-solving & decision-making capability

## Ideal Candidate
• BBA / MBA / BMS / Operations background preferred
• 2–5 years experience in operations/admin management
• Passion for sports industry is an advantage
