# Job Description – Senior Operations Manager

**Location:** Work From Home

**Vacancies:** 2

**Salary:** ₹60,000 – ₹70,000 per month

**Working Hours:** 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM (UK Time)

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage and supervise a team of 7 operations professionals, ensuring accountability and performance.

- Oversee daily UK healthcare staffing operations and ensure efficient service delivery.

- Manage client relationships, handle escalations and maintain excellent client satisfaction.

- Oversee staff allocation, shift scheduling, rota management and last-minute staffing requirements.

- Coordinate with Recruitment, Compliance and Accounts teams to ensure smooth operations.

- Ensure all staff compliance documentation, including DBS, Right to Work and mandatory training records, is up to date before deployment.

- Monitor attendance, timesheets, working hours and operational performance.

- Prepare and review management reports, identify operational gaps and implement improvements.

- Take ownership of operational challenges and ensure timely resolution.

- Mentor, support and develop team members to achieve operational targets.

Candidate Requirements

- 4–6 years of relevant experience in healthcare staffing operations, preferably within the UK care sector.

- Proven experience in team leadership and people management.

- **Excellent English communication skills – both spoken and written (mandatory).**

- **Fluency in Malayalam – spoken communication (mandatory).**

- Strong understanding of UK healthcare staffing, care homes and compliance procedures.

- Excellent knowledge of shift planning, staff scheduling and client management.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office.

- Strong decision-making, problem-solving and organisational skills.

- Ability to work independently, take ownership and lead a team in a remote working environment.
