Salary – 50000 - 60000

Role & responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve individual and team goals.

• Plan, assign, and monitor work to ensure deadlines are met and quality standards

• Develop and implement processes to improve team efficiency and productivity.

• Act as the primary point of contact between the team and management.

• Resolve conflicts and address team concerns in a timely and effective manner.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate reports for management.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in onboarding, and training of new team members.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions

• Intercations with clients to ensure that the SLA’s are met

Preferred Candidates

• Prior experience in Business Operations or a similar role.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 2 - 5 years of experience.
