About the Role

BJR Creations is looking for an experienced and proactive Business Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business operations, coordinate with teams, improve operational efficiency, and ensure smooth execution of business activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor day-to-day business operations.

• Coordinate with different departments and ensure smooth workflow.

• Supervise employees and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Monitor daily performance, productivity, and operational targets.

• Maintain regular business and performance reports.

• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and business partners.

• Track orders, payments, inventory, and other operational activities.

• Identify operational issues and implement appropriate solutions.

• Ensure company policies and procedures are properly followed.

• Support management in planning and executing business strategies.

• Handle documentation, records, and administrative responsibilities.

• Analyze operational data and provide regular updates to management.

• Ensure timely completion and follow-up of important business activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• MBA (Finance) is required.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in business operations, administration, finance, or management.

• Strong leadership and team-management skills.

• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and business reporting.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Proactive attitude with attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
