We are looking for a Business Operations Manager to join our team at Gurukrupa Traders. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹ 35,000 - ₹ 80,000 and opportunities for growth. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the sales targets are achieved because that would be primary for the manager to achieve and sustain in the organisation, give backup to the sales team in field and back office for qualifying leads, negotiating and closing deals. Maitaining CRM in order to followup the right customers as a system.

• Ensure complete manpower availability from factory workers to sales, accounts and finance and negotiating salaries and implementing compliance according to company.

• Generate reports and summaries for internal teams to help in decision-making processes.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

• Kindly only apply if you have a laptop and bike you are willing to use for the company work. We do not provide travel allowance.

Job Requirements: The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 6+ years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to a 6 days working.
