Position: Billing Executive
Location : Near Lower Oshiwara Metro station, Andheri Mumbai
Job Summary
We are looking for Billing Executives to manage day-to-day billing operations, invoice processing, reconciliation, and coordination with internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare and process invoices accurately and on time.
· Verify billing details, supporting documents, rates, and quantities before invoicing.
· Handle billing-related entries and maintain proper records.
· Reconcile invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
· Coordinate with internal teams such as Finance, Sales, Operations, and Accounts.
· Respond to client queries related to invoices and billing.
· Follow up on pending billing information and resolve discrepancies.
· Maintain billing reports and records as required.
· Support month-end billing and reporting activities.
Requirements
· Relevant experience in billing, invoicing, or related finance operations.
· Good knowledge of Excel and basic accounting/billing processes.
· Good attention to detail and accuracy.
· Good communication and coordination skills.
· Ability to manage multiple billing activities within timelines.
