Billing And TPA Executive

1. Position: Billing Executive

2. Location: Choolaimedu Chennai

3. Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years

4. Vacancies: 2

5. Working days : Monday to Saturday

6. Working hours : 10AM to 7 PM

7. Notice Period: 15days to Immediate

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle billing operations using Tally ERP 9 or higher versions
• Create and manage invoices, debit notes, and credit notes
• Maintain billing accuracy and financial records
• Generate billing reports and reconciliation statements
• Handle GST billing and compliance-related activities
• Monitor receivables and follow up on pending payments
• Prepare financial summaries and reports using MS Excel
• Coordinate with internal teams for billing-related activities

Required Skills:
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Tally Billing
• Strong knowledge of GST and accounting processes
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Expertise in formulas like VLOOKUP, IF, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables, etc.
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial operations

Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Tally certification will be an added advantage

• It is a Full Time బ్యాక్ ఆఫీస్ / డేటా ఎంట్రీ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
