Job Title: TPA Executive (Hospital Operations)

Location: Sector 57, Noida

Experience Required: Hospital TPA experience mandatory

Job Summary

We are looking for a TPA Executive with prior hospital experience to handle end-to-end TPA documentation and coordination within the hospital premises. The role involves verifying insurance/TPA documents, coordinating with TPAs and insurance companies, and ensuring smooth cashless and reimbursement processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify and scrutinize TPA / insurance documents submitted by patients

• Handle cashless authorization requests and approvals with TPAs/insurers

• Coordinate with doctors, billing, and front-office teams for case processing

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of admission, discharge, and claim documents

• Follow up with TPAs/insurance companies for approvals, queries, and settlements

• Maintain proper records of cases, approvals, denials, and pending claims

• Address TPA-related queries from patients and hospital staff

• Ensure compliance with hospital and insurer documentation standards

Eligibility Criteria

• Only candidates with prior hospital TPA experience may apply

• Experience in handling cashless and reimbursement cases is mandatory

• Sound knowledge of TPA processes, insurance documentation, and hospital billing

• Ability to work on-site within hospital environment

• Good coordination and communication skills

Preferred Profile

• Experience working with multiple TPAs and insurance companies

• Familiarity with hospital HIS / billing systems

• Ability to handle pressure and multiple cases simultaneously

Location Requirement

Candidate must be willing to work on-site at hospital location in Sector 57, Gurgaon
