Require : Billing Executive

Location : Colaba- Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Handle new and renewal empanelment documentation processes.

• Process institutional client billing and maintain related records.

• Execute STP (Straight through Processing) activities for institutional clients.

• Send contract notes and transaction-related communications to institutional clients.

• Resolve institutional client queries related to billing and brokerage.

• Verify and reconcile institutional brokerage on a weekly basis.

• Manage the complete process of OFS (Offer for Sale) and OFB (Offer for Buyback).

• Handle NSE Auction processes.

• Process BSE & NSE Cash Segment Billing.

• Process NSE Derivatives and NSE Currency Billing.

• Manage Physical Delivery and Close-Out Billing processes.

• Check and reconcile brokerage, statutory charges, ECN/Physical charges, and email log reports on a daily basis.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all billing activities.

Required Qualifications

• HSC / Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• Freshers with strong Advanced Excel skills can apply.

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Billing, Back Office Operations, Data Entry, or Financial Operations will be an added advantage.

• Experience in the Broking or Capital Markets industry will be preferred.

Required Skills

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Validation, Formulas, MIS Reporting, etc.).

• Knowledge of Cash & Derivatives Billing (preferred).

• Understanding of Physical Delivery Process, OFS, OFB, and Auction Processes (preferred).

• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
