Role: Turbo Outbound Sales Representative

Location: Kasarvadavli, Thane (13th & 20th Floor)

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell core banking and financial products.

• Acquire new customers and generate quality sales leads.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and performance objectives.

Product Portfolio:

• Savings & Current Accounts

• Credit Cards

• Personal, Home, Education, & LAP Loans

• Insurance & Mutual Funds

Compensation & Salary (In-Hand):

• Graduate Freshers - Banking and Insurance Experience: ₹18,000 - ₹30,000

Work Schedule:

• Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Fixed Day Shift)

• 2nd & 4th Week: Saturday & Sunday Off

• 1st & 3rd Week: Sunday Off (Saturdays working based on business needs)

• Public Holidays: Bank holidays applicable

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Graduation completed (Freshers and experienced welcome)

• Age Limit: Up to 32 years

• Skills: Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills

• Preference: Prior experience in Banking, Sales, Collections, Insurance, or BFSI
