We are looking for a Banking Associate (Fresher) to join our team. The role involves managing and updating customer and banking data in systems while supporting daily banking operations. With a collaborative work environment and strong growth opportunities, the position offers a competitive in-hand salary.
Maintain and organize customer records and banking documents.
Assist customers with basic banking queries and service support.
Verify data accuracy and correct errors promptly.
Update information in banking systems and maintain reports.
Ensure confidentiality of customer information at all times.
Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / BA / B.Sc preferred)

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word)
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
