Key Responsibilities:
Receive and review client Job Descriptions (JDs) and extract hiring requirements.
Match eligible candidates from the placement database based on skills, location, eligibility, and salary criteria.
Share shortlisted candidate profiles with clients within the defined turnaround time.
Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates.
Ensure students receive interview details and are prepared before the interview.
Track interview progress, feedback, selections, and offer status.
Maintain accurate placement records and submit daily recruitment and interview reports to the Placement Head.
Skills Required:
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ATS/CRM tools.
Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple hiring requirements.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in placement coordination, recruitment operations, HR, or client servicing.
Freshers with strong coordination and analytical skills may also apply.
