💼 Key Responsibilities:

1. 📞 Call Handling

• Answer and manage incoming calls from customers.

• Assist with order placement and resolve queries politely.

2. ✅ Order Confirmation

• Verify and confirm orders received via phone, WhatsApp, email, or direct walk-ins.

• Ensure correct product details, quantities, and delivery dates.

3. 💻 Data Entry & Record Keeping

• Maintain accurate order details in online software and manual registers.

• Keep track of customer data, sales records, and billing information.

4. 📦 Order Coordination

• Prepare and share the daily confirmed order list with the Mandi Manager for procurement.

• Monitor the order process to ensure on-time delivery.

5. 📊 Sales & Billing Review

• Assist in reviewing daily sales data and transaction records.

• Verify invoices before final billing submission.
