Backend Executive

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation and onboarding of clients for our [product/service], from initial kickoff through successful go-live.

• Prepare, maintain, and update implementation plans, process documentation, and client-facing materials.

• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and client walkthroughs.

• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to ensure implementations are delivered on schedule.

• Track implementation milestones, communicate project status, and follow up on outstanding action items.

• Respond to client questions during onboarding and coordinate with the appropriate internal teams to resolve issues.

• Support clients through go-live and ensure a smooth transition to ongoing account management or support.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Good presentation and client-facing skills.

• Strong documentation and organizational abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and implementation timelines.

• Experience in client onboarding, implementation, project coordination, SaaS, or a related field is preferred.
