Backend Executive

The Tender Executive is responsible for preparing, submitting, and managing tenders and proposals. This role involves coordinating with various departments, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and tracking tender opportunities to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and identify relevant tender opportunities (government and private sectors)

• Review tender documents and understand requirements

• Prepare and compile bid documents, proposals, and quotations

• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, finance, legal, etc.) for inputs

• Ensure all tender submissions are complete, accurate, and submitted on time

• Maintain a database of tenders, submissions, and outcomes

• Handle online tender portals (e.g., GeM, e-procurement portals)

• Follow up on submitted tenders and track results

• Ensure compliance with company policies and tender guidelines

• Prepare reports on tender activity and performance
