Pick up incoming calls and respond to WhatsApp inquiries
Call leads and explain the services clearly
Understand basic queries and guide women accordingly
Manage day-to-day communication with interested users
Maintain basic follow-ups and coordination
Manage CRM: update lead details, track interactions, and maintain data
Create simple social media content (reels, posts, WhatsApp content)
Write articles, newsletters, and captions.
Post content regularly on Instagram / WhatsApp
Assist in planning weekly content
