Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operation/Backend Executive to join our team. The role involves handling backend processes, data management, coordination with internal departments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and reports.

·         Process and verify documents, invoices, purchase orders, and payments.

·         Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Accounts, Logistics, HR, etc.) for operational support.

·         Ensure timely follow-up and closure of tasks assigned.

·         Handle email correspondence and maintain proper communication flow.

·         Monitor and support daily business operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

·         Prepare MIS reports and assist in audits as required.

·         Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.

Requirements:

·         Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / MBA preferred).

·         1–3 years of experience in operations, backend, or administrative role.

·         Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.

·         Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

·         Good written and verbal communication skills.

·         Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines..
